How do I contact you?

Please use the enquiry form on the bookings page here, which will be sent directly to me. From there, I will reply from my email. My service does not have a telephone number, contact is through my website and email only.

What and where are your terms of service?

When you select a service and appointment time on my bookings page, you will be asked to fill out your details and to read and agree to the terms of service corresponding to the particular session that you are booking, prior to payment.

You are welcome to access the terms of service here to read, before you book an appointment.

 What days and times are you available?

Wednesday 9am-2pm, online only

Thursday 9am-5pm, either in-person or online

I offer online Systemic Family Constellations Workshops, quarterly. They typically fall on the 2nd Saturday of the month, for four hours between 9am-1pm. In Person Family Constellation Workshops will also take place on Saturdays.

Do you offer outside of business hours appointments?

No, not for clinical therapy and social work supervision services.

However, Systemic Family Constellations workshops always fall on a Saturday, whether in person or online.

Where are you located in-person and what platform do you offer online?

My in-person therapy room is in South West London, conveniently located just a two minute walk from the Fulham Broadway. My online platform is Google Meet. See my booking page for a map.

Can I book any other way?

Booking via my website is the only option to secure your appointment. Once you select the service and length of session you would like, it is confirmed and so blocked out in my diary. My bookings schedule offers you the ability to pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB).

Can I book multiple sessions at once, to secure my preferred (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) therapy spot?

Yes, you have the option through my bookings portal to select either a repeat or a recurring appointment. You will also be asked to pay in advance for the times you select, to confirm this slot. Here, you also have autonomy over the length of therapy session time you would like, that feels valuable for you.  

Why do you offer a short and longer option, for therapy sessions?

Because therapy is your time and space. Some people prefer a short option or may be pressed for time and so only able to commit to a 50 minute appointment at a time. Likewise, some people prefer a longer appointment so as not to feel rushed, or if they know in advance there is a lot they would like to work through. There might be a week you would like a shorter session and other times where a longer session works better for you. The choice is completely yours.

Why is there only an in-person option for 1:1 Family Constellations Session?

Because it is my preference to offer you this service in person.

If I cancel, is there a cancellation fee?

Yes, listed in my terms of service agreement form is my cancellation policy corresponding to each service, see here.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Insurance companies in the United Kingdom do not currently cover Social Work services.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. I have both public and professional indemnity insurance.

If you’re Australian, what are you doing here?!

Because I have always wanted to live abroad and contribute to my profession overseas. I also love to travel and experience the world. I can access Europe much easier and quicker from the UK than if I still lived in Aus! But yes, I do miss the beach and sunshine, and I still call Australia home.
